New TPFH Executive Director

“As the Board Chair for Tile Partners for Humanity, it is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Lynn Labuda as our new Executive Director”, say Curt Rapp.  “Lynn joined our staff in March 2009 and looks forward to meeting our many industry, community, corporate partners and friends throughout the country”.  “I am very excited to be serving families in our local communities and strengthening our partnership with Habitat for Humanity to build safe and affordable housing and eliminate substandard housing around the United States”.

Lynn brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic management and fundraising for profit and nonprofit organizations.  She will enhance our ability to work with Friends of Tile Partners for Humanity, like you, on ways to provide support to enable us to continue in our efforts to expand our outreach in our communities.  Her experience has included strategic and operational management, philanthropic advancement, and integrated marketing as the result of her previous corporate positions at General Electric and LeasePlan. 

She will play a critical leadership role in implementing the Board-approved Strategic Plan, with a goal to increase the overall outreach of TPFH by more than $1,500,000 in annual donations over the next two years. Her new role will allow her to focus deeply on engaging major donors and create an entirely new capability for Tile Partners for Humanity. She will continue to serve as a liaison with major industry partners, engage new donors, and cultivate industry and donor relationships with corporations and foundations.   She holds a EMBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
